These protein waffles offer the perfect nutrition to start off your day! Regarding protein powder, you must use Muscle Milk brand protein powder. If you don’t, the ratio of macro and micronutrients will be off because the ingredients won’t interact properly with each other and you’ll never be able to build big, strong muscles and get a girlfriend (jk, you can use any protein powder you want, I don’t have a sponsorship and am under no obligation to surreptitiously push products unto you).
Eggs: pretty straightforward, they come from chickens (see here)
Peanut butter: contains peanuts, do not consume if you’re allergic to peanuts
Chocolate chips: not the ones from your pet rabbit
Almond milk: you can use any type of liquid that’s safe for human consumption. Some folks use Dr. Pepper with good results
